Green Formwork system is replacement of conventional timber method for concrete construction and requires a much shorter construction cycle between 5-7 days. It comprises 3 basic components which are the main panel with HDO plywood board on top of a steel framing, adjustable steel prop with early stripping head.

Green Formwork is a building method and technology that uses the Earth’s natural resources efficiently and in an environmental friendly. The only consumable components of Green Formwork, the HDO plywood boards are made from renewable resources. The main steel components are casted with recycled aluminum resources. It has advantage such as safety, high efficiency, and, reduced construction cost and labor.

Easy, back-friend­ly work­ing, from floor-lev­el.

The working posture is generally upright – with Green formwork, frequent bending down and inserting panels from above are a thing of the past. Even the job of removing the panels can be done without any laddering; strenuous overhead work is reduced to an absolute minimum.

Strip­ping takes a very short time

without strenuous overhead work, and from the safety of ground-level. Overall forming times are greatly reduced when utilising the benefits of Green Formwork. This brings added productivity.

• Early stripping instruction
• Hammer the early stripping mechanism（prop keep at the same place，supporting the slab!)
• Use tool drag the panel off the slab, the panel drop to the stripped early stripping mechanism
• Remove the panel, send to next floor

Tem­po­rary reshor­ing

Safely supported – right to the end of the job. The floor-slab stays safely shored with the Green Formwork floor props until the required concrete strength has been reached.
