Round Column Form

Two-Piece Column Forms is innovative, premium overlaid plywood with excellent surface durability for mirror gloss finishes. Panel Construction is a three-part, high-density, overlay on hardwood Poplar/Birch mixed inner ply. It is manufactured with a two-step layup, bonded by phenolic glue, and laminated with #100 film paper on both sides. After hours of 95 ° C high temperature pressurized with molded half round forms, the half round columns is set and formed permanently. The edges are then trimmed tongue and groove and calibrated to fit the round column perfectly.
