Deco PVC Multi-pour HDO is premium, high-density plywood with excellent surface durability for high gloss finishes. The PVC surface will perform architectural finish upon every pours.
Panel Construction/Moisture Resistance: Manufactured with mix hardwood inner ply. It is manufactured with a two-step layup, has a waterproof glue bond.
Working Faces/Treatment: • Multi-pour is hard pressed with two working faces: High gloss PVC. Edges are pressed and sealed with same materials. Release agent on the board is recommended for each pour, but most contractors found that isnot required from their past experiences, concrete would not affect the PVC surface.
Pour ranges: Horizontal deck 15-20 pours; Vertical wall and columns 30-40 pours. Both sides utilized.
Pour ranges are not guaranteed because the number of pours will vary due to jobsite handling and panel maintenance, vertical or horizontal use, form release agent, concrete mix design/strength, and other factors.

H20 Timber Beams are solid-webbed beams made of wood or wood-based material exclusively for use in wall and floor formwork.
H20 Timber Beams end reinforcement significantly reduces damage to the beam ends.
H20 Timber Beams can be used only as formwork beams for floor and wall formwork and only when subjected to the loads occurring in situations of direct support for floor or wall formwork in structural concreting.
In order to maximize durability of the H20 Timber Beams it is important to handle the components with due care, particularly when stripping out floor-slab formwork.
